Working Paper Submission Guidelines
(B R E A D Fellows and Affiliates Only)
B R E A D working papers should be unpublished academic papers, on topics that are of interest to development economists,
defined loosely as the analysis of the economics of developing countries. There will be some screening to determine whether a paper fits this description.
Public finance papers using US data, asset pricing papers, real business cycle papers are examples of topics that are probably not suitable.
Growth theory, cross-country growth regression, education in developed countries are topics where some judgment will have to be made.
However, we encourage authors to submit any paper if they think that it would be of great interest to development economists.
After filling in the form below (required fields marked with *),
you can click the Browse button at the bottom of the page to upload your paper from your computer.
A paper can be submitted even if it is part of another working paper series (NBER, CEPR, your university).
We require that all papers be submitted in PDF format.
